A few years ago, Barbara Freundlieb, a native of the Rhineland, found her way to painting and illustration. After starting a family in Krefeld, the doctor of biology began her artistic training at private art academies. She regularly organizes exhibitions, illustrates books, poems and puts everything on paper that she encounters in everyday life.
